• How much salary you want? If you don’t want 3 LPA
• Which jobs/companies offer your desired salary? Assume you want 6 LPA, who or which work will give you that?
• What skills, experience and qualification is required to get to your desired salary/job?
• Do you have all that is required for your desired salary/job?
• Yes – go and get those jobs
• No – Build your skills,experience and qualification

This is systematic gap analysis between What you have and what you want.
