Your team’s resilience isn’t a soft skill. It’s an operational asset — and it can be built deliberately.

Who this is for

Built for teams under real pressure.

This isn’t a generic wellness programme. It’s designed specifically for high-performance environments where “just take a break” isn’t a realistic answer.

Leadership & Management

Teams running on empty but can’t slow down

High-output teams where burnout is building invisibly — showing up as irritability, disengagement, and decision fatigue rather than dramatic breakdowns.

Scale-Ups & Startups

Fast-growing companies where pace has outstripped culture

Where the team doubled in 18 months but nobody built the psychological infrastructure to support that growth. Retention is becoming a crisis.

HR & People Teams

Leaders who need more than an EAP brochure

You know generic wellness initiatives aren’t working. You need structured, evidence-based intervention that produces measurable change in how your people function.

Transitioning Organisations

Teams navigating restructuring, layoffs, or major change

When the context is uncertain, psychological flexibility becomes a survival skill. This training builds that capacity deliberately — not through motivational talks.

Training formats

Three formats. One framework.

Each format delivers the same evidence-based framework — adapted to your team’s timeline, size, and what the moment actually calls for.

Format 01

Half-Day Workshop

3–4 hours · Groups of 5–15

A structured introduction to burnout recognition, nervous system regulation, and ACT-based tools for psychological flexibility. Practical exercises the team can apply immediately.

Best for: Teams new to structured wellbeing

Delivery: Online or in-person

Format 02 — Most Popular

4-Week Group Programme

Weekly 90-min sessions · Groups of 5–12

The full AWARE/ACCEPT/ACT/REPEAT framework delivered across four weeks. Participants build and practise tools between sessions with structured homework. Measurable change in stress response by week four.

Best for: Teams with sustained pressure over time

Delivery: Online (sessions recorded for review)

Format 03

Keynote + Coaching

60-min keynote + 1:1 follow-up sessions

A leadership-focused keynote on high-performance burnout — designed for all-hands events, leadership summits, or company offsites — followed by individual coaching sessions for key leaders.

Best for: Company events + executive support

Delivery: In-person or online

What your team will learn

The framework. Not motivational fluff.

Every session is grounded in three evidence-based approaches — ACT, MBSR, and nervous system science. Practical tools your team can use the same day, not just theory.

Framework 01 — ACT

Stop fighting stress. Change your relationship with it.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy teaches teams to stop amplifying stress through avoidance and resistance — and instead build psychological flexibility. The result: decisions driven by values, not anxiety. This is the same framework used in Mrugank’s individual clinical sessions.

Framework 02 — MBSR

Train attention. Reduce physiological stress load.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is not meditation for relaxation. It is attention training backed by neuroscience — measurably reducing cortisol, improving working memory, and building the capacity to respond rather than react under pressure.

Framework 03 — Nervous System

Understand what burnout actually does to performance.

Teams learn how chronic stress dysregulates the nervous system — and what this means for decision-making, creativity, and interpersonal conflict. Understanding the mechanism is the first step to changing it. This module reframes burnout as a physiological reality, not a character flaw.

Framework 04 — Practical Tools

Tools that work inside a full working day.

Regulation techniques that take under 5 minutes. Cognitive reframing exercises for high-pressure moments. Boundary-setting language for high-performing contexts. Communication patterns that reduce conflict during stress. Built for people who don’t have time for wellness that doesn’t integrate into real life.

Your trainer

Mrugank Patel (MP)

For 12 years I worked as an IT consultant for Fortune 500 companies in Melbourne — high-performance environments, high pressure, good salary, and no sustainable way to manage what that cost me. Burnout wasn’t a concept I read about. It was a wall I ran into at full speed.

I found my way out through psychotherapy — then spent three years studying it formally in Australia, became ACA certified, and came back to build a practice. I work with high-performing individuals, couples, and now teams — specifically because I understand what high-performance environments do to people from the inside.

I don’t tell teams to slow down. I give them a system to sustain high performance without the hidden cost.

Step 03

Delivery + follow-up

Sessions delivered at your pace. Post-programme summary report with individual and team-level observations. Optional 30-day check-in to assess what’s held and what needs reinforcement.

FAQ

Common questions before booking.

We’ve done wellness workshops before and they didn’t stick. Why would this be different?

Most corporate wellness is passive — talks about the importance of wellbeing that don’t change behaviour. This programme is structured intervention using ACT and MBSR: evidence-based frameworks with measurable outcomes. Participants leave with tools they’ve practised, not slides they’ve sat through.

What size groups work best?

5–12 participants for the 4-week programme (peer sharing is part of the methodology and needs intimacy to work). Up to 15 for the half-day workshop. The keynote format can accommodate larger groups — contact me if your team exceeds 50.

Is this confidential? Will you share what individuals say with their managers?

Completely. What’s shared in sessions stays in sessions. Post-programme reports are thematic and aggregate — never attributed to individuals. This boundary is non-negotiable and is what makes genuine participation possible.

How do we measure whether this worked?

The 4-week programme uses a validated stress assessment before and after — participants who completed the De-Stress programme reduced measured stress by up to 55% in four weeks. We can also track attendance, engagement, and self-reported measures of psychological flexibility agreed before we start.

Ready to start

Your team’s performance ceiling isn’t talent. It’s capacity.

High-performing teams don’t just need motivation. They need a system for sustainable output. That starts with a 30-minute conversation — no obligation, no sales pitch.
