My coaching experience with MP has not only helped me to achieve goals, but more importantly, it has enabled me to discover who I am, what makes me tick, and what those goals really are. He is a great listener, has the gift of being able to find what is needed that allows me to achieve those goals. My sessions with MP are always productive. It was interesting to become aware of why moving towards improvement helps in our own capacity and society. Acceptance of thoughts and feelings was unique concept, which was explained very well. Thanks for providing some simple tools to improve quality of our life.

The noticing and sorting tool (The Matrix) is going to be very useful in day-to-day life. I have learned techniques to be more and more self-observant so I can alter responses depending on life events. The video was useful to understand the overall concepts presented in your sessions.
Gaining awareness of my goals and the conflict between my career & family has been immense value to me. Tips on how to score one goal against another, and what steps I need to take to reach those goals has been really useful. You provided an example in all situations where we were confused, which was great. I also found the overall structure and understanding of why we were there and what we were trying to achieve was clear and beneficial.
Your workshop was awesome. You touched many points like mindfulness, goal setting, moving away from bad behaviour. The self-awareness part made me understand my strengths and weaknesses.
The workshop was not a lecture type of session, it was very practical experience. The worksheet and reflective work was very helpful in understanding who we are and what we want from life.

I planned to follow your 3C framework of clarity, compassion and consistency in my life. Everything I learned in the workshop was not get rich scheme but strategies to make the life better.
I find MP pleasant and good communicator. When he explained about his future plans about coaching, I decided to take his help. He happily agreed to do that and we are still in a process of that consultation. He has very clear thought process and deep understanding of human behaviour. He helped me to understand myself better. The session on setting goals was very useful, as I learned the importance of creating a step-by-step plan to help achieve my goals. The tip to regularly review the plan and make sure I am on track is something I will be going to integrate in my life. From your introductory session I learned focusing on what is important to me & what I want in life. I will try to observe what I am doing & try to decide on if I’m moving away or towards my goals.
Different exercises to accept our thoughts and concept of why acceptance is importance was very helpful. The other impressive concepts were learn to live in present moment via mindfulness, accept the pain and move towards. The video was really helpful to understand the Acceptance and Commitment Training concepts.
The Majority of things I do are on Auto Pilot, the mindfulness exercise was very useful. The session taught me to be more self-aware, understand the triggers and not react automatically. I did feel sharing my thoughts/feeling on our values in group of mainly strangers might be bit scary or even undesirable, but you were attentive, good eye contact, made me feel at ease and actually speak which I hardly ever do! 🙂
