Life Coaching is a thought provoking and creative process to find your whole self.

We help clarify personal goals and objectives, after that we identify who you really are as a person, what are your core strengths, values, weaknesses and skills. We might use quizzes to increase your self-awareness and discover what makes you happy.

We also discover what is holding you back to achieve the life you desire. We teach you psychological skills to overcome your unwelcoming thoughts, feelings and emotions. We create a step by step plan to move you towards the life you desire.

We facilitate conversations, which are non-judgemental so you can discover your own solutions. In life coaching the focus is on Individual well-being and not on improving skills like leadership, team management, strategic thinking for an organisation.
