3 minutes a week workout

I’ve been studying/reading a lot about human physiology lately.
I found this piece, which talks about how 3 minutes exercise a week can make difference to your overall health.
It is really simple but kills you if you do it full throttle for one minute
1.     Warm Up for a minute
2.     Full throttle for 20 seconds
3.     Relax for a minute
4.     Full throttle for 20 seconds
5.     Relax for a minute
6.     Full throttle for 20 seconds
